Under the direction of the Director of Sales Operations, participates and assists in a variety of adminstrative duties within the Customer Service DeptThe ideal candidate must have a broad knowledge of administrative procedures and be proficient in all Microsoft suites software.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Trains to be Customer Service Rep; works with customers via phone, email or fax to process and ship customer orders.
  • Answers and routes all incoming company phone calls
  • Prepares a variety of reports, presentations and memos for immediate supervisor and supporting staff.
  • Must be able to travel to assist in preparation for sales presentations
  • Maintains necessary files and records pertaining to immediate supervisor and all reporting team members.
  • Coordinates all facility tours
  • Catalogues and records all internal and external marketing details
  • Promotes and helps implement EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and VMI  (Vendor managed Inventory) to Tyler Pipe customers


Other miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned by the Sales Operations Director and VP of Sales


Minimum qualifications: 4 year degree in business or marketing along with a minimum of 2-years of working experience in an Administrative supportive role or Customer Sales function.  An advanced level of knowledge with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required.  The ability to work independently as a self-starter is critical.
